Elsewhere Retreats is a wellness travel company rooted in movement, good food, beautiful places, and experiences that stay with you long after you return home.
We started Elsewhere because we wanted something better than the typical retreat model. Less performance, more presence.
Our signature Sacred Valley Yoga Retreat takes place in Peru, where days unfold between mountain air, curated excursions, chef-driven meals, spa afternoons, and twice daily practice in one of the most awe-inspiring places on earth.
In the summer, we host The Slow Morning Club, our community yoga series in New York parks, along with Rockaway Reset, a seaside day retreat built around surfing, movement, lunch, and time away from the city.
What is Elsewhere Retreats?
Everything we create is shaped by atmosphere as much as itinerary. We care about the table as much as the schedule. We look for places with texture, warmth, and a strong sense of local life. Nothing overdone. Never too polished.
Elsewhere is for people who want to travel well, eat well, move their bodies, and feel more connected to themselves and the people around them.
A little sun on your skin. A swim before dinner. A table full of food. That’s the idea.
With love from Elsewhere, xx.
From Our Founders
We’re Cassie and Hannah. Longtime friends, collaborators, and seekers of beautiful places. Cassie is a NYC-based yoga teacher known for her grounded approach to movement. Hannah is a sommelier and hospitality industry insider who spent years living in Peru, curating off-the-map travel experiences that immersed guests in culture, cuisine, and place.
After over a decade of friendship we created Elsewhere: a retreat company for the creatively curious, the well-traveled, and the hungry (for both connection and good food).
We wanted to build the kind of experience we could never quite find. Where wellness isn’t just about green juice and silence. That means yoga that meets you where you are. Chef-driven meals that celebrate local ingredients. Days shaped by immersive cultural experiences. Plenty of free time to explore, rest, laugh, and wander.
Every retreat is an invitation to go deeper: into the landscape, into community, into yourself.
This is our love letter to meaningful travel.
